Refunds & Cancellations
For any reasons the delivery of orders can’t be made, then the Company (CMA Clothing)) will provide refund to the customer.
Any refund, claim, demand, etc. will be entertained by the company (CMA Clothing) through its own resources and payment channel shall not be liable.
No obligation lies upon the payment channel for non-delivery or wrong – delivery of the order or any complaint about quality etc. All such issues shall lie with the Company Only.
Exchange of Products to be considered at company store only and within 3 days of delivery to customer.
Customers are requested to provide acknowledgement against delivery in the CMA Clothing website.
In case of any compliant, query, grievance the customer can contact to the Customer Relation Officer at the phone number or email Id or address as mentioned on the website.
Refund will be processed through the original mode of payment which was used while placing the order. Refund may take upto 15-20 working days, depending on the bank.
